Vapor Recovery Construction Specifications

2 , unloading must adopt a vapor recovery system .
3, using the offloading of oil and gas recovery system should meet the following requirements :
① tanker on the oil and gas recovery pipe joints shall be fitted with manual valves .
② closed unloading pipe at the interface of each operation , you should set up fast connections and boring cover .
③ station vapor recovery pipe connections must be set before the manual valve .
④ tank should be set up with a high-level alarm function level gauge or other spill unloading facilities.
4 , tanker unloading unloading used when connecting hoses, vapor recovery hoses connected , you should use antistatic oil hose . Connecting hose nominal diameter shall be not less than DN80.
5 , refueling vapor recovery self-styled refueling gun gun should be used with submersible pump with the work flow not greater than 45L/min.
6 , gas stations , the oil and gas pipeline should be laid underground and can not pass through the station house and other buildings . When oil and gas pipelines and pipe trenches , wire ditch, or drain crossing , take measures to prevent leakage .
7 , all oil and gas recovery line must be seamless , underground connections shall be welded .
8 , buried pipe corrosion must be done , the outer surface corrosion should be designed to meet current national standards " corrosion control of steel pipelines and storage tanks design specification " SY 0007 the relevant provisions.
9 , communicating with the tank vapor recovery pipe and vent pipe , ventilation duct, tanks should slope , the slope shall not be less than 1%.
10 , tank vent or pressure-vacuum valves , shall comply with the following requirements:
① petrol tank with diesel fuel tank vent pipe should be set separately .
② snorkel or pressure vacuum valve nozzle should be above the ground not less than 4m.
③ along the building wall ( column ) laid up snorkel or pressure vacuum valve orifice , the building should be higher than the top surface of minimum 1.5m.
④ When offloading of oil and gas recovery system , the ventilation tube from the mouth and walls may be appropriate to reduce , but not less than 2m.
⑤ snorkel or pressure vacuum valve nominal diameter shall be not less than DN50mm.
⑥ When unloading refueling vapor recovery system or vapor recovery system, the gasoline tank vent pipe should be connected on the ground and install a pressure vacuum valve working pressure ( +747 to -1993 Pa).
11 , once the pipeline design and installation of vapor recovery
① a vapor recovery nozzles can be combined with a different grade gasoline vapor recovery port .
② a vapor recovery piping connected with all the petrol tank . Pipe diameter is DN80.
③ vapor recovery lines must have a slope, from a tank vapor recovery nozzle aspect , slope shall not be less than 1% .
④ Each gasoline tank float valve must be installed to prevent the different grades of oil recovery through a string into the other tank connecting duct , causing lacquered.
12 , distributed secondary pipeline design and installation of vapor recovery
① refueling vapor recovery each gun oil and gas recovery line , via diameter Φ12 copper, into the vacuum pump , vacuum pump outlet check valve should be installed , and then back to balance access to underground gas pipe DN50 . Vacuum tanker in several export pipelines can be paralleled in a Φ12 underground copper pipe DN50 with seamless connections and mains connection and the secondary oil and gas recovery .
② DN50 imports of oil and gas recovery line , to be installed DN50 ball valve.
③ All refueling vapor recovery line parallel to the secondary oil and gas recovery together Explorer , Explorer diameter not less than DN80; secondary oil and gas recovery Explorer directly into the lowest grade gasoline cans, if due to space constraints, can be combined with a vapor recovery line , into the lowest grade gasoline cans.
④ All vapor recovery piping must slope, aspect from the refueling tanker , the slope shall not be less than 1%.
13 , the centralized secondary pipeline design and installation of vapor recovery
① Each tanker of oil and gas recovery and gas recovery gun Φ12 copper, together with parallel DN50 seamless connectivity.
② All refueling vapor recovery line parallel to the secondary oil and gas recovery Explorer pooled into the vapor recovery pump , vacuum pump oil and gas recovery line access to the lowest export grade gasoline tank , pump export pipeline diameters are DN50.
③ All vapor recovery piping must slope, aspect from the refueling tanker , the slope shall not be less than 1%.
